Returns & Refunds

For standard products (such as our launch kit), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at kontakt@stockholmstrapussel.com with photos of the issue.

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded.
